Group Conditioning

Our group conditioning program is a cornerstone to athletic success in the competitive season. The beauty of this program is that while all other winter sports athletes are out of school and their competition programs are on summer break we are working out five days a week in a structured program.

The content of the conditioning program is sectioned into separate periods to produce the best results in the area of strength endurance, which is crucial for success in most winter sports. This type of training is much more effective in a group environment because of the high intensity required -- the motivation of training in a group is beneficial to producing the greatest results.

We typically begin formal training on June 1st. It is important to allow some break in activity from the completion of the winter sports competitive season.
