Group Conditioning

Our community's group conditioning programs are foundational to athletic success in the competitive season.

Our students train with their teams and coaches during the summer months, typically starting on about June 1st to give their bodies a rest after the winter. Training during the summer with their respective teams and coaches ensures that our students receive the conditioning most needed for their respective sports disciplines, whether it be strength training, endurance training, agility training, or a combination of the three.

Students who complete their respective teams' summer conditioning programs in good standing and who bring written authorization from their coaches to the school office may receive school creidt in physical education.
