Any parent or guardian whose student is enrolled in Health at the Winter Sports School District may request an appeal of curriculum used in the state-mandated Human Sexuality program.
Fill out the Health Curriculum Appeal Form and return it to the Head of School.
Upon receipt of the formal written request form for the appeal of the curriculum for Human Sexuality, the Head of School shall convene a committee to review the request for resolution. The committee will consist of the following:
The stakeholder submitting the appeal for the curriculum, and all teachers, parents and staff members who have served on the committee shall receive written notice of the decision within 15 days after convening.
If a satisfactory agreement can not be reached after consideration by the school’s committee, the Head of School shall forward the information to the Winter Sports School Board of Trustees for a final decision.

Utah School Report Card | Winter Sports School
As required, we will post a link here to each year’s updated School Report Card issued according to USBE’s Accountability procedures. For 2020, because of the timing of our statewide testing at WSS compared to the rest of the state, and the change from SAGE testing, to ACT Aspire, to Utah Aspire Plus for 9-10th grade accountability measures, the USBE Accountability team does not have sufficient data to issue us ratings on growth and achievement this year.
